Across the organisations we worked with, we often saw change approaches that were broad in intention but difficult to translate into everyday action. Teams needed a clearer picture of what was changing, what needed to be ready, and how to move forward together.

We were often recognised for our way of working: bringing structure to complexity, connecting people and project needs, and making the next steps practical and clear.

So we joined forces. Lina Soufi of Consulina Inc. and Heba Alashi of Consultation HCZ Inc. brought their strengths together and gave that shared approach a name: Changible.

Behind the name is our mission: to make change tangible. A way of working that helps organisations turn a broad ambition into clear decisions, realistic preparation, and practical action.

We work through a simple recipe with you, ideally before a project begins, or tailored to the realities of an initiative already underway. The aim is to set the change up for success and carry it through into everyday work.
